My little brother has tons of these large TCG coins from Pokemon booster packs. He doesn't really have a use for them, so I wanted to give them a purpose in a way he can show them off too.

I've seen something along the lines of this before but sat down and made my own in an attempt to optimize the end user experience. Did a lot of testing to get the fit, finish, and weight as good as I could!

Cut shells are a neat trick from the depression era not everyone knows about. It turns shot shells effectively into slugs. There is a bit of hassle with shining a light or using the sun to see where to cut and then free hand slicing the shell just below the cup. This handy little jig was my attempt to take the guess work out of making cut shells. Making it a fun range gimmick or useful field tool that you can easily throw in a bag and forget about until you need it.
