Print needed a littel cleanup (no fault of the model) to be reliable.

I printed without supports as removing them was more trouble than the value they added.
It's a *really* tight fit. You will need to work it around the top of the bottle (with the cap off) and install the Airtag(R) after the sleeve is in place.
