<p>For your tree trimming this year, here is a set of four spinning Christmas ornaments. The rings spin freely around familiar Christmas scenes: an evergreen tree, an angel, a snowman, and a cozy house.</p><ul><li><span style="color:rgb(230,77,77);"><strong>No AMS needed for multi-colour rings; they can be printed separately! Mix and match colours to your heart's content!</strong></span></li><li>All ornaments are AMS ready and pre-painted</li><li>Solid colour versions are included as well and look just as good!</li></ul><h3>Trouble? Please don't hesitate to get in touch!</h3><h2><span style="color:rgb(77,230,77);">Merry Christmas!</span></h2><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/381938/2023-11-19_c8d27404379f3.png"></figure><h2>Printing Tips</h2><ul><li><strong>Print Settings: </strong>My print profiles contain all my recommended settings (see below for more detail) as well as plates for:<ul><li>Full multicolour ornaments and rings</li><li>Separate multicolour scenes</li><li>Separate solid colour scenes</li><li>Separate Ring sets</li></ul></li><li><strong>Filament:</strong> The ornaments look nicest when printed with Silk or Sparkle filaments (see About the Model below for brands/colours that I used)</li><li><strong>Purge volumes:</strong> I've calibrated them to reduce waste, but you may need to recalculate for your own filament</li><li><strong>Plate:</strong> A textured plate is recommended because of the texture it gives to the bottom of the ornaments.  Be sure your plate is extra clean to ensure success because the rings have a small footprint.</li><li><strong>Ironing:</strong> ironing makes the top surface look nicer but can add a lot of time to the print. Feel free to experiment with it if you'd like a better top finish.</li></ul><h2>Separating the Rings</h2><p>Separate the rings by rotating the ring (or scene) perpendicular to the rest of the ornament. Grab the edge and gently pull down. It should flex and release from the retaining hole at the top. To combine the rings, simply reverse the process.</p><h2>Print Settings</h2><ul><li><strong>Elephant foot compensation:</strong> 0 <i>(it helps the rings stick better because they already have a narrow footprint)</i></li><li><strong>Wall loops:</strong> 4 <i>(to make stronger rings surface)</i></li><li><strong>Detect thin walls:</strong> On <i>(fills in better)</i></li><li><strong>First layer speed:</strong> 15 mm/s<i> (helps things stick better and not be dragged)</i></li><li><strong>Brim:</strong> none</li></ul><p><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/381938/2023-11-19_c8d27404379f3.png"></p><h2>About the Model</h2><p>There's something magical about print-in-place models. Now I&#39;ve seen some similar AMS risers before, but none of them really wowed me.. i think..</p><p>That&#39;s why I decided to come up with this sleek BLV AMS Riser design, easy to use, easy to put together, and reliable. I even added two handy drawers for your tools and stuff, a special shelf that can hold up to 4pcs Build Plates, built-in Dual LED strips. Sure, it took me a while, but I got it (almost..) done.</p><p>As some of you may know, I love contributing to this wonderful community, which is why I chose to share with you my project without any fee or money. Among other things, I&#39;ve also given you access to the original CAD files (F3D,STEP) so that you can easily make changes, add, and improve as you see fit.
