<h2>First Aid Kit Rugged Box</h2>First Aid Kit rugged box for storing quick access to first aid essentials. Internal dimensions are 150mm x 150mm x 50mm - about 6&#34; x 6&#34; x 2&#34; to hold plenty of useful supplies and still not take up a lot of room.&nbsp;Great for the home, work, car, workshop, camping, and anywhere a compact first aid kit could be useful, yet large enough to hold useful items during a first aid emergency.&nbsp;The rugged box is of my own design, not a remix of any others. To assemble, you will need 4, 3mm x 50mm pins. I use these: <a target="_blank" href="https://a.co/d/06UJCJyv" rel="nofollow noopener">https://a.co/d/06UJCJyv</a> . These press-fit into the hinges and latches. The hinge and latch side portions use a friction fit to hold the pin in place, while the rotating portion of the hinge and latch are slightly larger and rotate freely. Be sure and print the “gasket” in TPU, it slips into the “lid” portion and provides a water-resistant seal, and also provides a bit of “squish” for the latches to engage properly.<h2>Parts Needed</h2><ol><li>4 pins (I use these) - <a target="_blank" href="https://a.co/d/06UJCJyv" rel="nofollow noopener">https://a.co/d/06UJCJyv</a></li><li>First Aid Kit Refill Supplies (see below for suggestions)</li></ol>Pack it with the essentials that are suitable for your needs. There are many first-aid kit refill packs available. I used items from this pack, but there are many others that may suit your needs better. I also put in some blood-clotting treatment because my father is on blood thinners and even a small cut can be dangerous. In additional to those, I put in some insect sting treatment for the kids (and adults, too!). So I combined items from these three first-aid refill and supplies. These are my personal choices, and may change over time. Deep Well 6 - A Zen Marble Experience

I hosted a Harry Potter Trivia night for a few friends. This was the trophy that the winners got. It is of the Hogwarts Crest mounted onto a base with an optional plaque that reads “Biggest Harry Potter Nerd” (not pictured). Though the plaque can be customized to say anything you want. It is just under 7 inches tall when fully assembled. &nbsp;Printed in wood PLA and stained to look like real wood. The gold parts can either be printed in silk gold pla or printed in another color and painted gold (which is what I did).&nbsp;&nbsp;You&#39;ll need:<ul><li>4 M3 heated inserts. Applied into the backside of the “crest front” piece. I used <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CNVXWQYZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1" rel="nofollow noopener">these.</a></li><li>4 8mm M3 bolts</li><li>1 six inch ¼&#34; bolt and nut that hold all the pieces together</li></ul>Optional:<ul><li>Weights that stick to the bottom of the base (to give it more “heft”. Makes it feel more legit). I used <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085KVL5QX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;th=1" rel="nofollow noopener">these</a></li><li>Felt adhesive to cover the bottom of the base. Hello everyone,&nbsp;we designed our own lamp for the <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/13717#profileId-13429" rel="nofollow noopener">Bambulab LED KIT</a>.It's inspired by the shape of a light bulb, but made as an abstract version of it.The lamp itseld consists of 3 seperate parts. That gives you the possibility to print it in various colours or the colours you desire.Therefore, no AMS is necessary!&nbsp;The 3mf-File includes two different bases to fit a wide array of LED lights, e.g. to use IKEA LED Lights.<ul><li>The first one is for the LED Lamp Kit 001 from the Bambulab website. It has cutouts for an easy assembly.</li><li>The second one is an universal LED adapter to fit other LED lights than the bambu one.</li><li>Both bases are included in the print file. The one with the 4 squared cutouts is for the LED Lamp Kit 001.</li></ul>&nbsp;Print settings&nbsp;Lampshade:<ul><li>The print profile only has one wall to guarantee enough translucence so the lamp is actually lighting its surrounding as well.</li><li>The stripes are 2-3 walls thick so they have more effect once the light is turned on and appear darker.</li><li>No Vase mode is needed, just the regular settings on our X1C.</li><li>It was printed with Sunlu PLA+ with the generic Bambu Settings.</li><li>No supports needed!</li></ul>“Threads”:<ul><li>Here we used 100% Infill to make in non-shine-through. With 100% infill, no light is going through this part and only the lampshade is illuminated.</li><li>The time for 100% infill is less than 5minutes more than standard settings.</li><li>If you reduce the infill, e.g. to the standard 15%, the inner parts become slightly thinner and the light is shining through them weakly. This can also look nice/have a nice effect, but we preferred the non-see-through variant.</li><li>No supports needed.</li></ul>Base Adapter:<ul><li>The adapter is used the connect the lamp & the LED Lamp Kit.</li><li>No special print settings needed.</li><li>Just use your standard profiles.</li><li>No special requirements regarding the infill necessary as well.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Assembly:<ol><li>Print all the respective parts you want to use (Lampshade, Threads and the adapter you want) in the colours you like.</li><li>Place the LED lamp inside the base adapter. <img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/705285/2024-03-10_16f3fbf9d065f8.jpg"> </li><li>Assemble the threads and the Lampshade. Both have a fitting indentation so you can position them very well. If you prefer, you can use a bit of glue. Since the indentations are on the inside, no glue will be seen! Glue is not necessary since the parts stick to each other as well without it. <img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/705285/2024-03-10_70b667704d9998.jpg"> </li><li>Screw the assembly group (Lampshade+Threads) onto the base until it locks in.</li><li>Plug it in a suitable adapter and enjoy Your new lamp :)</li></ol>&nbsp;&nbsp;

Update:28.03.2024 - I redesigned the lamp a bit. You can simply change color of it as well as pattern on it, by changing color of diffuser and changing different panels.WARNINGSLed strips can emits some heat depends on what type of led you and voltage you use. In my case temperature of Main Ring achieve 60 °C . Due to this I recommend use filament that can resist that temperature especially for Main Ring. I tested ASA and it works well. The only credit I can claim for this Celtic cross is the idea, and configuring the Bambu keychain maker, plus the colour choices. Keychain maker is currently being tested before release, and I was fortunate to be given access. I printed on an A1, first layer 0.16mm, first layer speed 20mm/s so the fine detail stood a chance of sticking to the bed. There are two versions on the plate; identical, except one has a hole in the back to place a 15mm flat magnet if you like. 8 grams of filament, 20 minutes to print, and no assembly!&nbsp;Update: I added a new profile for a switch with increased tolerances. It&#39;s less “clicky” than the standard version, but should print easier if you&#39;re encountering problems with the toggle fusing to the body. <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/467451#profileId-392548" rel="nofollow noopener">Loose - 0.2mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill</a>&nbsp;Taking inspiration from my <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/66672" rel="nofollow noopener">original fidget toggle switch</a>, I designed a print-in-place version that uses about 8 grams of filament and takes about 20 minutes to print on my X1C. This model is experimental (it&#39;s definitely still a work-in-progress), so please report any issues you encounter.<h3>Print Settings</h3><ul><li>Material: PLA (see below)</li><li>Nozzle Size: 0.4mm</li><li>Layer Height: 0.2mm</li><li>Vertical Walls: 3</li><li>Top/Bottom Layers: 5</li><li>Infill: 15%</li><li>Supports: Nope</li></ul>The switch has been tested with several different filaments. All PLA variants tested (standard, matte, CF, silk, and Plus/Pro/Max) worked great, but standard and CF worked best. PETG was also tested, but the switch&#39;s &#34;click&#34; action wasn&#39;t very strong.&nbsp;The model has some areas with limited bed contact, so make sure you have decent bed adhesion. A glue stick or another adhesive is very helpful here.&nbsp;After printing, you&#39;ll need to &#34;break&#34; the toggle from the axle. This requires a small amount of force, but you should be able to accomplish this using only your hands. You&#39;ll also need to flip the switch a few times to fully wear it in and smooth out the action.&nbsp;I designed the tolerances to be fairly loose for a 0.4mm nozzle. If you&#39;re having trouble with the toggle fusing to the axle, lower your extrusion flow ratio by a percentage point or two. IntroA Case/Stand for your Nintendo Switch, to make it look like a Retro TV!&nbsp;I remember this old TV my dad had when I was a kid, and something struck me, that I wanted that for my Nintendo Switch! A Retro TV styled case to stick it in, for a little added fun when I&#39;m not playing at the big screen. Comes with lots of handy spaces too, to tuck secrets in!&nbsp;The front panel uses magnets to keep secure. There&#39;s a pathway too, to allow for a USB-C cable for power and what have you.&nbsp;There&#39;s a secondary profile included, which has a stand for the TV, to lean it at a more comfortable viewing angle. Because they are very tight, it&#39;ll seem tough getting them in, but you can do it! This is a mold for making spinning top from PLA filament purge. The tops made with this mold are very colorful and spin well. I printed the mold with PETG at 100% infill and did not need to use supports (PC might work even better).&nbsp;What you will need:<ul><li>An unused oven</li><li>A silicone mat (it&#39;s easier to flip and roll the melted PLA into a ball on a silicone mat than on a metal baking tray)</li><li>PLA filament purge</li><li>A 3M respirator or N95 mask (the fumes from melting PLA in the oven are stronger, so please protect yourself)</li><li>Work gloves</li><li>Tongs</li><li>Pliers</li><li>A digital scale</li></ul>Process：1. Accurately weigh 6g of PLA filament purge and place it in the oven.Preheat the oven to 200-230°C and heat the filament purge for approximately 5 minutes.2. Use tongs and pliers to shape the melted PLA into a ball. Evenly folded patterns will look better.3. Place the shaped plastic into the mold and press the mold firmly.4. After approximately 3 minutes, open the mold and remove the top. A simple LED lamp/nightlight of the Platform 9 ¾ sign. It is an easy print requiring minimal supports. You can assemble this to be printed with an AMS, though I recommend not so you can orient the pieces face down to get the nice texture of the bed. I recommend using the “Fuzzy Skin” option on the Body and Stand.<ul><li>– Printing Tips --</li><li>Only the Body piece needs support where the “Platform” text will go. Last year the bugs were able eat a bunch of my strawberries, not this year! While preparing the greenhouse for spring planting, I was surprised to find that a few of my strawberry plants were already flowering. Last year I tried a net trellis with some success, however the bugs still got too many of the delicious strawberries. I wanted to try something different this year and decided to make some strawberry supports.&nbsp;I placed these on plants that had been planted in previous years, it should be easier to place them with new plants.&nbsp;I recommend letting the build plate cool for a few minutes before attempting to remove to prevent accidentally damaging the print. PETG will provide better protection against UV rays. Experience the sensation and sounds of cocking the hammer and pulling the trigger with this simple fidget toy. It does not look like a gun. In fact, from one side the shape looks like a toy whale jumping out of water. &nbsp;I have made it as simple a design as I can think of. There are only 6 parts and assembly takes under one minute. The open design makes the trigger mechanism visible.&nbsp;Even though I designed this for the cocking and pulling actions, I have found myself fidgeting with it in the following additional ways, three of which do not make sounds.&nbsp;<ol><li>Pull the hammer down slightly but not enough into the cocked position, let the thumb slip and the hammer snap back up. Repeat. This action makes a crisp clicking sound. The feel of the spring and the crisp sounds are very pleasant and satisfying, and somewhat addictive :). A variation of this is to not let the thumb slip but hold onto the hammer as it moves back to feel the spring. This variation makes some noise.</li><li> Without the hammer in the cocked position, pull the trigger slightly and let the index finger slip and the trigger snap back into its natural position. Repeat. This action makes a crisp clicking sound. A variation of this action is to not let the index finger slip but hold onto the trigger as it moves back to feel the spring. This variation makes almost no noise.</li><li>Alternate between 1 and 2 above.</li><li>Roll the thumb on top of the trigger anchor pin, or the top of the hammer anchor pin, or alternating between the two. This action doesn’t make any sounds. If the top of the pins are not smooth enough, lightly sand or use a heat gun to smooth them out.</li><li>Push the hammer spring into the space between the hammer and the trigger, then flip it back out. This action makes noise.</li><li>Disassemble and reassemble the toy. Disassembly needs no tool and is easy to do, so it’s tempting to take it apart and put it back together, just for fun.</li><li>This last one is a bit tricky but I have done it when sitting in a chair with armrests: hang this toy upside down with the thumb holding the top of the spring anchor pin and the index finger or middle finger pressing on the opposite side of the handle, then swing it gently. It’s tricky because the index or middle finger has no easy spot to hold on to and the toy wants to drop down as it swings. I have not done it enough to the point that I can do it without paying attention.</li></ol>Easily print with PLA and PETG (the springs and the snap ring). No support, no brim. 100% 3D printed. Easy assembly (and disassembly). No tool is needed, no rubber bands, no screws, no glue. &nbsp;There are two versions, one for right-handed people and the other for left-handed people. Print profiles are provided for each. &nbsp;A fair warning though: The springs are 3D printed with plastic. So they will not last long but wear out and break after a certain amount of use. It comes with the territory of making something 100% 3D printed. Fortunately you have a 3D printer :). It’s recommended to print out some extra hammer springs for easy quick replacement. In any case, let me know what your experiences and thoughts are and I may consider modifying it next time to use steel springs.&nbsp;Instructions are provided for assembly, disassembly and use. Photos are extensively used in the step-by-step instructions for easy following.&nbsp;Choose your own favorite color combinations for different parts. However, at least one easily visible part should be printed using a bright color. If a wallet can be mistaken for a gun from a distance, this, too, can be.

This is a simple and functional poop bucket for BambuLab A1 Mini, designed for use with my optimized <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/123164" rel="nofollow noopener">Poop Deflector</a>. It prints quickly (45 minutes) and only requires 43 grams of filament.&nbsp;How to print:This design must be printed in vase mode. However, you can print this design using the standard 0.4mm nozzle. Set the line width of the outer wall to 1 mm, the speed of the outer wall to 60 mm/s, and the layer height to 0.28 mm.&nbsp;Assembly:Well, that's easy - just place it next to your A1 Mini under the poop deflector. If you want to secure it from slipping, you can use self-adhesive velcro tape like I did (see last picture above).

Master Sword pen that is designed to use Pilot G2 ink refills (Gold and silver inks are available for extra fun). I designed the hilt for multiple color printing but looks very nice in all silver as well.<h3>Printing</h3>The model prints great with a 0.4mm nozzle. All pictures are printed with it at 0.08mm layer height. A 0.2mm nozzle will look better with finer details like the Triforce on the blade but is optional.&nbsp;Print at lower layer heights for better detail and smoother feel while handling.&nbsp;Supports are necessary for the hilt at the section that the blade inserts into. Supports also helps with the blade top since it is very narrow on the plate and could jostle loose. The screw must be printed vertically for best detail and function.&nbsp;I printed the blade in Bambu Labs Basic PLA Silver. This filament gave a very smooth and satisfying to touch finish without paint. I had to print on separate plates to achieve it since unsightly bulges appeared when the nozzle moved between parts to often. This is most likely due to the tall and skinny profile of the parts.<h3>Assembly</h3>The hilt prints in two halves for better detail and less filament waste on purges. Remove supports and glue halves together. Alignment is important for appearance and part fitment.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:32.89%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/549416/2024-02-01_8fcaf10bf4d81.png"></figure>&nbsp;The blade top inserts into the hilt. Friction fitting will hold but glue can be used for a more permanent assembly.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:30%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/549416/2024-02-01_43c74889e437e8.png"></figure>&nbsp;Slide Pilot G2 refill cartridge into blade body. It will not go all the way in. You will feel a slight resistance as the screw pushing against the ink cartridge. Continue till the parts align flush. DO NOT over tighten to avoid damage to the threads. There is a slight over tightening allowance but you will not be able to get an additional turn without damaging the parts.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:31.67%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/549416/2024-02-01_80381d0adb3148.png"></figure>&nbsp;To remove the ink cartridge, unscrew the top and press the tip against a piece paper. There should be a slight pop as the the pen tip aligns with the blade tip. The cartridge should just shake out now.
