Bio
Retired and disabled, I live with dystonia, which affects my painting on 3D models—but not my passion. I enjoy creating functional prints and exploring the vibrant world of HueForge. Helping others realize their dreams through filament is my greatest joy. Whether it’s a simple tool or a complex design, I find purpose in turning ideas into tangible reality.

"Man on the Town" is a dark Hueforge piece inspired by Dr. Seuss with a nightmare twist. A crooked man roams a surreal city where buildings bend, lights leer, and colors deceive. This layered print uses optical illusion to shift between whimsy and dread depending on the angle. Perfect for fans of eerie art, twisted rhymes, and surreal vibes. No supports needed. Optimized for FDM printers and multicolor filament.

Printed great on my Bambu Lab P1S with no major issues—solid quality and clean detail right off the bed. The fit was a bit on the tight side, but nothing a little grease couldn’t fix. Once assembled, everything held together snugly, which is actually a bonus if you want a secure build. I decided to customize mine by adding a Necronomicon to the top for aesthetics, and it really took the whole look to another level—definitely gives it a more unique, eldritch vibe. The base design is solid, and it leaves plenty of room for creative modifications if that’s your thing. If you’ve got a well-tuned printer, this should come out clean and functional. A fun little project with a lot of potential for personalization. Would definitely recommend for anyone who likes detailed prints with a touch of flair. Just be ready for a snug fit and have some lube handy—grease, not the musical. 10/10 would print again.
