I designed this for my fiancée to make it easier to make certain shapes that she does a lot. There are three versions of the stencil. V1 was the first version that I made for her. It has the outline shape that she uses a lot, and the boxes and circles that she also uses sometimes. The lines were my idea just in case she would want some, and I needed to fill the space. V2 just has smaller boxes because she told me that the boxes were just a hair too big. V3 is the current iteration with several shapes where the lines were. The camera shape was just something I added because I had designed it a few years ago and there was space. The thumb tack (without the pointy end) is something she wants to try using but she hasn&#39;t ever done it before.&nbsp;I will upload more of these designs as she requests them. She currently has a stencil that she carries around with the journal that is only used for a handful of shapes so maybe I can make a new version that only has those shapes.

3 different baubles, but the source Fusion file is included so you can create your own. All three are compatible with the same hanger cap, which is glued on after printing.&nbsp;Print the baubles in vase mode, print the hanger cap normally. 3-4 base layers should be sufficient to keep the bauble from delaminating when removing it from the bed. Use your favorite glue to adhere the cap to the baubles.&nbsp;Each bauble was created using the included Fusion 360 design. The basic approach was to use Fusion's surface modeling tools to create a spiral, then sweep a star shaped path along that spiral. The document is parametric, but you may have to correct the references if you change the profile.

I was able to do this test without any special settings or changes to my X1 Carbon. Many parts are friction fit to allow for interchangeability.&nbsp;A majority of the pieces are rather trivial and designed to be printed without support. With that said, the shade pillar sides will test your overhang printing abilities. I used minimal tree supports to keep the print upright, but allow greater airflow from the part fan. If you do not slow printing speed down and possibly increase your part fan on overhangs, the overhangs might not cool fast enough and create an ugly print. I will say in all my testing, I always came out with useable parts, but not always pretty parts.<h3>Assembly Instructions</h3><figure class="media"><div data-oembed-url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rMZSCH8kEk"><div style="position: relative; padding-bottom: 100%; height: 0; padding-bottom: 56.2493%;"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8rMZSCH8kEk" style="position: absolute; width: 100%; height: 100%; top: 0; left: 0;" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div></div></figure>I hate long videos, feel free to watch this at 2x speed :)<h3>Ideas for Improvement or Remixes</h3>As with any project with a deadline, compromises have to be made. As I went I realized there were areas for improvement or experimentation. I tried to note as many as possible, but this list might grow as I come upon ideas.&nbsp;I would like to release a version 2 at some point to include these ideas, but would also love to see others join in and share their ideas. Whether they are for better functionality, or a different aesthetic.&nbsp;<ul><li>Lithophane sides - These could be images, but I did some preliminary experiments using images of rocky or marble textures with the translucent PETG. This created some of the variation you might see in normal stained glass. Pair this with the printing profiles from Bambu and you could end up with some awesome results</li><li>3-Way Light Switch - Would've loved to incorporate a spot on the base for a switch as linked below, but also note this would require structural changes to parts to allow for the additional wiring. Even beginners could design a neat base that makes the lamp completely theirs!</li><li>Pretty obvious, but other shade designs!</li></ul><h3>Stained Glass and Base Dimensions</h3>The following dimensions should help when designing custom panels for the shade and body side panels. The side panels simply slide in, but the shade does have bumps that allow the pieces to snap together. While you could omit these and glue the shade together, you wont be able to every change the shade panels without printing a whole new shade.<h4>Shade</h4>In the raw files, I uploaded STL, STEP, and 3MF files of a plain shade side. There is a back and a front. How I designed my shade was I drew the design on the shade front, extruded to cut holes in the front. Then I projected the sketch to the back color piece, offset the sketch by 0.1 mm, then extruded forward. If this explanation doesn't help, comment and I will make a quick video.&nbsp;I thought this approach was easier for this piece than providing dimms.&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/557443/2024-02-19_b4339558106b8.png"></figure>If you prefer not to do a 2 piece approach, I also uploaded the files for a single piece that you can do whatever you want with. These profiles are just bambu's suggested settings with the shade and bottom color piece on a plate. As I continue to learn Fusion360 and design more things, I kept wanting to tackle the infamous “junk drawer” in the kitchen.&nbsp;Nothing drives me more crazy than the ziplock / snack bags that come in a cardboard box and do not fit in the drawers. Every time I would open or close the door, they would jam up or get more ripped.&nbsp;Plus, with starting the gridfinity project for organization, it just did not look right.&nbsp;So I worked on designing a ziplock bag holder, that was simplistic, but had a secure lid. The original 32 mm grommet has too small hole and adapter to 38 mm hose with nuts that was for filtration was making it even smaller.Decided to make my own grommet.&nbsp;Inner bigger thread is for vacuum hose or other standard compartment.&nbsp;Printed from PET, cut the old grommets out and used the hole for these. Used silicone for gluing on both sides.And it worked several years in my salt water in summer and winter.For winter there is the inner cup. Standard cup from outside. It was closed from both sides then.&nbsp;(This year sold the pool with these grommets, I am in-ground pool. But want to share this helping feature.)&nbsp;Use some good material, not PLA :)
