Insert the m2 screws through the first panel, then 3 washers, then screw directly into the other panel.I printed mine at 0.1mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle. Filament is Black Carbon Fiber Nylon. Try to avoid elephant's foot, because it will make your joints sit at funny angles and the final box won't look as nice.
