The grandkids are going to love playing with these. I used Basic PLA and original scale. I modified two profile settings: 1) Support Critical Regions Only and 2) Top Z Distance value of 0.275 as recommended by another commenter to minimize supports. Turned out great. Thank you for the design.

Love the look and the overall design. The infill is brilliant for this model. Infill looked a little "hairy" at about the 50% complete mark but it turned out perfectly. My son loved the look of your design but needed a lower profile for its eventual display position with his Ranger Regiment beret, so I made a modification - 10 degree cut front to back. Hope you don't mind. Boosted.
