Had similar issues I assume that other individuals did with the ears. Initially thinking it was a bed adhesion issue and did all the usual things (soap, adhesive, etc etc). Then realized it was a support adhesion issue as the ear would start rocking early to mid print having broke loose of its connection from the support base and then usually the small peg would come loose after that. Noticed that my Z distance on support was at 0.3 and given layer height of 0.16 on the "smaller ear pegs" needed to be reduced. Initially tried 0.275 (initially didn't realize the layer height was 0.16 and usually run 0.275 for 0.2 height), then 0.2, and finally 0.16 worked very well for me without issue. Great design overall.
