[Update]I&#39;ve uploaded a print profile for a Samsung Galaxy version. I had a friend test print with his charger puck, and it seemed to fit fine. I don&#39;t have a way to test and inspect in person though, so I&#39;ve tagged it as a Beta for the moment until some feedback/reviews/prints roll in, and hopefully things fit! &nbsp;ModelA stand for your Apple watch! (And now Samsung Galaxy watch too!) I wanted to explore some new ideas with this one; doing kind of an imbedded two tone look. I wanted that contrast between the outer painted shell and the inner exposed metal parts.&nbsp;This model is setup to be printed with an AMS. One could probably break the model up to be printed on a signal color printer, but my intention was for it to be printed in one piece, so is setup as such, without any additional clearances or anything.&nbsp;Hardware &amp; FilamentsFeatured FilamentsBambu PLA Metal - Iridium Gold &amp; Cobalt BlueBambu PLA Metal - Copper Brown &amp; Oxide Green&nbsp;Hardware8x M3 x 12mm (for the front face, feet, and Y bracket/base connection)2x M3 x 16mm (For the Y/Wrist connect)1x M3 x 20mm (For the wire clip/foot)2x M3 x 25mm (for the clamp around the charger)13 M3 Nuts&nbsp;AssemblyLet&#39;s get started! We&#39;ll assemble the main face clamp first. Using 2 m3x20mm screws and 2 m3 nuts. Insert the charger and tighten everything up so it&#39;s securely clamped in place.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width: 45.67%"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000460577/design/2024-05-11_b4319f3ed7ce8.png"></figure>Next we&#39;ll secure the charging clamp/face to the ring. We&#39;ll use 4 m3x12mm screws and 4 m3 nuts.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width: 44.76%"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000460577/design/2024-05-11_e2748d80fb755.png"></figure>Let&#39;s connect the top ring and base together using the Y bracket. Use 2 m3x16mm screws for the wrist bracket, and 1 m3x12mm screw for the base connection. Use 3 m3 nuts to secure all the screws. The nuts can be a little fiddly to get in place in the ring.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width: 59.26%"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000460577/design/2024-05-11_e4359acd4ba54.png"></figure>Two more steps and we&#39;re done! Let&#39;s connect the feet now. We&#39;ll use 3 m3x12mm screws for 3 of the feet. The 4th foot incorporates a wire clip, which is an optional install. If you choose not to use the wire clip, then you&#39;ll want 4! m3x12mm screws for the feet. For our instruction today though, we&#39;re using the wire clip, so we&#39;ll only be using 3 m3x12mm screws, along with 3 m3 nuts.&nbsp;For the feet, the nut sits pretty deep, so you&#39;ll have to make sure you push the nut up enough as you tighten the screw, to help it catch.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width: 60.76%"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000460577/design/2024-05-11_51c352a07f58e.png"></figure>Lastly, the wire clip! Keep that wire secure and routed towards the back. This is an optional part! The main frame is built in a way to allow it&#39;s use or not. We&#39;re going to use it though, so we&#39;ll want a m3x20mm screw and m3 nut. Handy fillet radius gauges, designed with below considerations…&nbsp;Ergonomic & Quick referenceA high precision profile with 0.5mm measurement increments. Compact circular deign with good grab-a-bility thanks to a large central hole. The fixed disc arrangement allows for speedy use with reduced faff - when compared to other gauge designs that use multiple swivel out type ‘wafers’ for individual fillet sizes.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:50.06%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/677784/2024-02-22_646299797599f.jpg"></figure>Raised Text & RebateImproved legibility and durability of the top digits. Through previous trial and error I have found that embossed rather than debossed makes for a clearer end result. Font selection is critical here as results can vary wildly! (You can choose to print the text layers in another colour or to simply ink over the top faces with a contrasting colour paint… or even just a sharpie!)<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:50.06%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/677784/2024-02-22_251bab25625d7.jpg"></figure>Durability of the top digits is further increased by recessing of the top face. This protects them from normal wear and tear as they do not rise above the extremities of the main body. So, feel free to fetch in/out of that man-drawer as often as needed!!&nbsp;Fillet Type & Measurement Info<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:50.06%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/677784/2024-02-22_r5yd209ye1er.png"></figure>PrintingThe part is 5mm thick total. You can print first 4mm at higher speed, and then it is highly recommended to reduce to a slower setting for the last 1mm, as this will make sure the digits get printed well. I made a remix of <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/u/3648955354" rel="nofollow noopener">ed.burnett25</a> desing so it would fit p1s and collect all of the poop, i made it 20mm longer and 20mm higher on the other side. I made some modifications so the top walls are level after i printed one for my self so it looks a bit different in the pics.

Here&#39;s the alternative version of my <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/476693" rel="nofollow noopener">business card</a>.  After getting tons of downloads and &#34;boosts&#34; and considering all the comments with various requests, I&#39;ve created a &#34;different&#34; version that I hope you&#39;ll find just as cool.Let me know what you think and which one you prefer!&nbsp;What should business cards for a &#34;#wannabemaker&#34; look like? This is the question I asked myself whenever someone asked for my contact info while I was out and about.I thought it would be cool to print them directly and maybe add an NFC tag to make it extra &#34;nerdy.&#34;Drawing inspiration from my everyday work business card, I designed and created a fully customizable file so anyone can add their own name.  Since they&#39;re really thin, they&#39;re super flexible even when printed in PLA.  Plus, there&#39;s a spot for a 25mm adhesive NFC tag for those who want to go the extra mile. Now with more 450 Emoji logo available!!!<h4>Change Log</h4>ver 2.1 ADD option to use simple char (eg. ∞, @, ,♠,♣,♥,♦,♫) and geometric figure in logo IMPROVEMENT to code and little refactoring&nbsp;ver 2.0 ADD traslation option for SURNAME text (usefull when name is more 5 char) CHANGE logo rendering. Now is based on Noto Emoji  <h3>Printing Instructions</h3>This model is super easy to print and doesn&#39;t need any supports or post-processing.You can print it with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.08mm. If you&#39;ve reduced the text size, you might want to try a 0.2mm nozzle.For the colors, I&#39;ve set a color change at the third layer in the preview page.For those interested, I&#39;ve uploaded the .3mf file (Bambu Studio) with the color change already configured.
