Man you’ve really outdone yourself! These are so sick. 

I printed both at the same time in petg. The skinny ones slide came off the bed, but I quickly cleaned again and the slide part came out perfect. 

Added some general purpose wd40 and they are breaking in quite nicely. The skinny one is a bit tougher to deploy but I have big hands that might be part of it. 

I think I like the fatter one just a smidge better but likely cause it’s easier to slide open. 

I need to get some new blades don’t mind the dirty blades in the photos as I use them a lot with vinyl work. 

Can’t wait to try this on the next sticker I make. Anyways you’re truly the best taking the idea and running with it. Maybe one day I’ll learn to model well enough to pull something like this off.

Can’t wait to see what other projects you come up with. 

Ps the minute I get more boost they are heading your way.

THIS IS THE NEW KING OF THE HILL. 

I literally print most of this style of utility blade hunting the best in that world for a light weight small profile edc utility blade. 

This thing has to be the smallest most functional one I’ve seen. 

Previous to this one the Slicr based on the talon was my daily. This uses a very similar lock design although it’s more robust. No worries about it slipping out in my pocket. Printed in petg. A little general purpose wd40 and the action is firm but smooth. 

Photos and a couple comparing other models. The knifes is def the smallest and the jimping and slide serrations work well together.

This thing is amazing and I absolutely love it. I bumped the walls up to 4 due to some comments of it breaking and added a fuzzy skin for looks. It weighs in at like 650ish grams. I have no worry if it breaking. 

I will say it takes a lot more force than I expected. So I usually set it on the floor and push down with both hands. If it’s on the counter I’ll smack it with a fist and then push down. Regardless it works well. 

I have to agree with a few people I’d like to see a tool companion that could be used to push the can out if it gets stuff.  Could be something decorative to slide in the top when it’s not being used. 

I use black and silver pla from hobby lobby for this and it turned out pretty sweet and people generally have zero idea what it is. Looks like a decorative vase or something.

Large Sturdy Can Crusher

0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 35% infill

I really like the look and design of this, but in observation after putting it together and adding my cards. The scallops on the sides are not deep enough to push the card out far enough to get a hold of one. Maybe this wouldn't be as big an issue is the 57mm width was more like 54 or 55. Also would help to have chamfered edges on both sides to make sliding the cards in much easier. 

I'm gonna give this a few days to see if I can overcome those issue somehow, or return to the rim lite. 

I will say i modified this to accept a 25mm or 1" elastic strap instead of the 30mm. I also flipped the spiked plate onto its face and had to move the spikes in some so that I could use a 3d effects plate. Which now shows that effect on both sides instead of one side and the inside.
