I had an issues with the post box letting in a lot of cold air when I left a cable through it, so I designed this post box wind shield.

I had adhesion issues with my pei plate on a1 and bambu pla, I managed to print couple. Eventually I increased the bed temp from 65 to 70 and that allowed me to print consistently without adhesion issues. The bearings are really good.

nice minimalistic approach, fits a temu cereal box. When I added silica beads the spool started making scratching noises, it didn't bother me, and I think eventually the spool got to the bottom of the container and stopped making noises. After extended use I found out that the silica is being grinded, so I will be looking for a minimalistic way to store the silica in a corner

At first was hard to put the blade in and was confusing what I have to push or pull to move the blade. Then the blade started moving okay, and I realized that I need to pull the tab on the back

It seems quite easy to put in and remove, maybe it isnt veyr air tight but I think it is good enough

works well, it is interesting to have the tube be able to go through the fitting, could an alternative version be made which has something to stop the tube from all the way through?

Was hard to initially break free but might have been poor quality filament from a 3d pen. Initially the clicking was only into the original position but later on started clicking into both. To break free I had to press into the same position as it was pointing already.

My cat likes the ball, it is of good strength and makes a noise he likes.

No issues with the print. I did go down to a 5% infill on gyroid which resulted in the neck having only the outer ring and 1 gyroid wall, I was also using 3d pen filament - all of this resulted in decapitation which I fixed using glue.

Box in itself it nice, but the clip broke off almost immediately hence the 4 stars, the lid has a perfect fit so isn't even required. One note about these designs : it is a box so you would consider pouring many gems into it but then you wont have the self orientating mechanism in play once you fill past the grooves.

Quite a tight fit, good since friction is the only mounting mechanism. Printed mine in place holding well now. I printed it because I have a spool with a larger diameter, using it on the second peg and using original ptfe guide does cause a noise from the spool tension, but doesn't affect quality.
