We use IKEA BILLY bookcases to display fabric in our store, but the fixed middle shelf wasted space. I designed this jig to relocate that shelf wherever needed while keeping the holes perfectly aligned. It uses 5 mm and 8 mm drill bits and matches the factory spacing for a clean, professional look — just lift straight up when removing to avoid breaking the small alignment pins.
