<h2>A.N.O.T.H.E.R. Modular System</h2>Advanced Nodal Oriented Transformable Hubs and Elemental Rigging.  Is a modular system that uses an “Under Squinted Stop Splayed Scarf Joint With Table and Wedge” as its basis for connection. A system that can be expanded upon by you and shared with the community to have a uniform design that works.&nbsp;The idea behind this design is that I see a lot of incredible ideas and designs but they just don&#39;t fit together or a lot of redesign has to be done to make it work. With a standard system it is easy enough to just expand on a solid foundation.But mostly: No external non 3D-printed parts/components required for this system!!&nbsp;<img class="image_resized" style="width: 30.02%" src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000506203/design/2024-06-22_3c973039dede1.jpeg"> <img class="image_resized" style="width: 29.99%" src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/model/DSM00000000506203/design/2024-06-22_f49f252393a68.jpeg">&nbsp;I&#39;ve added the print profile of the sample box you can see above. All other files you can download as .STL and mix and match to your desire.  Please don&#39;t add print profiles of all kinds of different part configurations.&nbsp;Recommended Print Settings:<ul><li>0.4mm nozzle</li><li>0.16mm Optimal Profile</li><li>3 walls</li><li>8 top and bottom shell layers (this way all sides/walls have approximately the same thickness)</li><li>Gyroid infill</li></ul>Print the parts such that the joint is flat on the bed with the indents facing upwards. If that is not possible, for instance with corner joint, add a snug support.<h3>Design Reference:</h3>Here you can find the design specifications for the joint itself. The dimensions and the shape.I&#39;ve added a .STEP file which can be easily imported and added to, or used as a basis for, a new design. This can then be incorporated into the A.N.O.T.H.E.R. If these pins don&#39;t align with the wedges flip the tool to the other side.
