This is my take on the slim wallet. No glue or other hardware require to assemble the wallet. There are 3 different versions of the wallet, all of them use the same bottom and top covers. The 2 wallets from the pictures were printed on PLA and PTEG. The multicolor wallet was printed on PLA using the MMU2S at .2mm layer height, 15% gyroid infill and 3 perimeters using a .4 nozzle. The white one was printed on PTEG using the same settings as the PLA one.For the wallet that hold 4 cards use the files that stat with 4 mm, for the one for 5 cards use the files that start with 5 mm and the one for 6 cards use the files that start with 6 mm. The wallet consists of 8 parts and 5 pieces of filament (1.75mm):<ul><li>Top Cover</li><li>Bottom Cover</li><li>Middle</li><li>Middle (X)</li><li>Lever</li><li>Clips (You will need 3)</li><li>5 pieces of filament cut to length according to the wallet size.</li></ul>To assemble the wallet start with the bottom cover, middle and the pieces of filament. You will need to clean the holes from the middle section a bit in order for the filament to go through the middle section. After you clean the holes put your middle section on top of the bottom cover and insert the pieces of filament on at a time. Cut them around 1 to 1.5 mm above the middle section. Once you have all your pieces of filament in, get you lever and lay it on top of the bottom cover where the space is between the small middle section and the skinny part of the big middle section. The last picture shows where the lever goes. Finally, you can put the top cover on, make sure that everything lines up and install the little clips. There are 3 cutouts for the clips, one on each side at the bottom and one at the top where the lever is. you need to push them with a bit of force for them to sit in place. Just put your cards in and have fun.Once you lift the cards, there will be some friction between the cards and the top part of the wallet where the lever is at, that fiction is necessary to keep the cards up.<figure class="image"></figure>&nbsp;<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:66.96%;"></figure>

Describtion: There are a lot of AMS risers on makerworld and I looked at all of them. Most of them have the same issue: They are large, beefy and need supports to be printed - that means lots of filament are necessary. I wanted a riser, that uses less than one spool of filament, is very robust, lets me open the top cover so that it stays open for ventilation, has a sufficent opening at the top to work on the printhead and of course has enough room for the AMS. So I designed my own AMS riser. It is so robust that I can stand on it. With my print settings (see below) it uses 840gr filament and can be printed in about 24 hours. All my settings and the part arrangement on five plates is included in the 3MF file. A step file for your own modifications or remixes can also be downloaded.&nbsp;Dimensions: 409 x 369 x 87 mm 840 gr&nbsp;Material: I recommend a sturdy filament like PLA, PLA+ or PLA-CF. Maybe PETG will work but the stationary tensile strength of PLA is just higher. I have chosen PLA-CF from Eryone because I always wanted to try it.&nbsp;Print settings: You can find my settings in the 3MF file together with the part arrangement on five plates. With my settings the print time is about 24 hours and you will need 840gr filament. for the parts: 4 walls 5 tops 5 bottoms 25% adaptive cuboid infill 0.2mm layer height no support for PLA-CF (Eryone) Nozzle: 0.4 mm Nozzle-Temp: 225°C Bed-Temp: 60°C Cooling: 100% @ second layer onwards Volumetric Speed: 12 mm³/s Outer Wall: 150mm/s Inner Wall: 250mm/s Infill: 200 mm/s Top Surface: 150 mm/s Bridge: 50 mm/s&nbsp;Assembly: Put the parts of the lower half together using the provided connectors. I highly recommend that you use superglue or 2K expoy on the part interfaces for extra stability. Do the same with the top. Then slide the top half on the lower half and secure it with glue. Just a good Mando helmet!&nbsp;My profile doesn&#39;t have support on the inside of the helmet because I have found it didn&#39;t really help that much with the quality and it used a lot of filament. the very center of the inside will be rough because of this but it hasn&#39;t been an issue for me.&nbsp;For those wondering what I use for a face sheild I use a Hobart 770580 Face Shield Replacement Lens, Shaded from Amazon. I cut it to shape and use a little bit of hot glue along the front and near the temples. That seems to be enough.
