There are 2 version of this model. One with the hat securely embedded into the side of the bulb and a 2nd one where the tip of the stocking cap is embedded into the pompom skull which I believe is much cooler but is not a practical design for an obvious reason.

My original design had the Santa skull seemingly to magically hover inside the bulb but the design was not practical for most people. Only seasoned FDM makers would appreciate this so I included it with an explanation best I know how. Then I created a more practical version and a hollow version and scaled the Santa skull up as large as possible without touching the edges but that's in a different upload.
