Took a few tries to make this work. See comments below.
Other Issues:I had to remove the support piece from the end because the wrench wouldn't sit flush in both it and the T-handle piece. This caused the extruder nozzle to crash into either the head or the end of the wrench, dislodging it and failing the print. Once I removed the support piece, the print was successful.
