failed benchy tower

So I dryed the filiment tried different temps on both the dryer and the printer. I got a new nozzle, calabrated the printer, cleaned the bulid plate, turned of time lapse and my prints still are either failing or stringing very badly. Does anyone know what else I can do to fix this? The stringing is fine strands and thick strands and they leave an awful look on the print and the nozzle has blobbed multiple times. Any suggestions will be well appreciated!😀

I have tried calibrating, new hot end, higher temp, lower temp and nothing has fixed the stringing does any on have ideas to fix this?
