This is the new version of the Folder Drive I previously made. The design is completely new and takes inspiration from both the classic Windows 11 File Explorer icon and the macOS folder icon. I had several internal SSDs lying around unused, so I came up with the idea of repurposing them as external drives.

I made these wall vase to be able to have a memory of my favourite places in the mountains, each painting contains rocks from the mountains where I went to walk. Inside the vase is also indicated the name of the mountain and its height. The rocks can also be replaced with sand for example.

Calibro Il progetto si basava sul modello disegnato da IU+ Design, vincitore del Red Dot Design Concept Award. Sfortunatamente, non è mai arrivato alla produzione, così ho deciso di crearlo io stesso, ottimizzando il design per la piccola Bambulab A1 mini e utilizzando componenti facilmente reperibili online (lente e righello in acciaio). ​Progettato con Autodesk Fusion 360, renderizzato con Keyshot e infine stampato con la Bambulab A1 mini in PLAPer i componenti aggiuntivi, ho utilizzato un righello in acciaio disponibile a questo link, che presenta doppie letture metriche/imperiali per coloro che preferiscono utilizzare un sistema rispetto all'altro. L'altro componente utilizzato è una lente piano-convessa disponibile a questo link, che funge da lente per una più facile lettura della misura.
