New to 3d printing, and LOVING IT! trying to slowly learn CAD and add the stuff I make. I'm miles and miles behind these guys! Very grateful for the sharing atmosphere. TinkerCad is all I have tried so far seems like it as enough possibilities that I could "learn" it for a long time.
