Exactly what I thought it was - great little fidget device, slightly loose presumably to avoid binding up but not so much that it falls apart. Haven't forced it to see where it fails, might do that just out of curiosity, but it's going to work to play with during endless Teams chats ...

Great little container, threaded perfectly with no fuss whatsoever. Only issue - super common with this type of design - is lining up the hexagonal shape of container and lid when it's "closed, you either have to really rank on it (possible but uses quite a bit of force) to get it to line up super tightly closed, or have it loosely closed one hex side (60 degrees) looser. Might benefit from a little bit of tweaking to help here. Otherwise, great stuff!
