A simple, single layer print to determine if your bed is level, and/or if the printer is able to compensate accordingly.&nbsp;I suspected very slight warping of my bed due to repeated printing of engineering filaments. With this test I was able to get a pretty good idea of the true level across the bed.

The Dummy 13 is one of my favorite fidgets! I have created a kit of my preferences that you can just print. I've also added some pieces to make it easy to travel with. Here's what I've done:<ul><li>I added shoulders to give it more proportion.</li><li>I prefer the non-marked torso.</li><li>I included the non-marked Lucky 13 stand with the appropriate adaptor.</li><li>I included a staff.</li><li>I created a storage box marked with “D13” so I can travel with it. (You will need 6 - M3x30 screws for the box assembly)</li></ul>This is also an excellent small model for figure drawing. Considering that Stickybones models are $70+, this is a no-brainer!

This model was created using the original art found here <a target="_blank" href="https://www.thinkfun.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Dragon-Illusion-BBC.pdf" rel="nofollow noopener">Dragon-Illusion-BBC (thinkfun.com)</a>. Once printed, I heated the print along the marked lines with a heat gun that was set to 220c (if printed in anything other than ABS you may need to lower this temp). Once the plastic was soft, I folded the plastic to the correct position (may require some adjusting) I then put a little super glue on the three folded tabs. On it's own, this does not stand up too well. I just placed a little double sided tape under the tail and stuck to the table. You could easily super glue the tail down to a printed platform.&nbsp;FoldingWhere it says "Mountain Fold" this is referring to the side you view the dragon from. After fitting some “self-centering” rollers to my AMS, I discovered that if an odd-size spool has to sit to the left of the guide rail or is otherwise narrow, the spool is tilted over to one side and it wants to move across the rear roller. Unfortunately, I managed to break two of the original rollers getting the bearings off, so when I went to put them back in, I couldn't. Not wanting to spend the money to buy new rollers, I decided to make these simple replacements out of TPU. They print very easily in two halves, they don't use any shafts, the bearings slip on easily and have the dual purpose of holding the two pieces together (no glue necessary!). And I'm confident they won't wear out quickly. I made them slightly smaller than the originals to give a bit more room to the top cover and the TPU surface means the spool gets a better grip on the roller, so win-win!&nbsp;I suggest trying the 3mf profile and I strongly suggest printing these in TPU if you can, though they will print and work well in any material.&nbsp;To “assemble” them, print both halves then while they are being held together, push the bearings onto the ends. That's it! Use glue if you want to between the halves but it's not necessary. The one in my cover picture has been in my AMS for over a week now, and it works flawlessly, dare say better than the original plastic ones.&nbsp;If you can't get the bearings off your original shaft without breaking them you're not alone. They can be stuck on pretty hard and they unfortunately aren't great quality bearings anyway. I purchased 8 x 693RS bearings from the hobby store. They are the same dimensions as the originals but have a rubber seal instead of a metal cover over the race. The dimensions are 8mm outer diameter, 4mm thickness, 3mm internal diameter (hole). I've seen them advertised as 8x4x3, 8x3x4, 3x8x4… you get the drift. It depends on the seller. Just make sure you check the dimensions.&nbsp;These are to suit the original AMS lower piece. If you have the Hydra mod, you'll need narrower ones I believe. You should be able to resize them in the slicer easily enough.

I wanted a Juggernog machine for my collection, printed on the A1 MINI at 95% scale.used AMS to do the red printing for the lettering.  ON THE TOP WHITE PART WITH THE JUGGERNOG WRITING, I DID HAVE ONE STRING FROM THE BRIDGING NOT CONNECT. Just a little remix of the standard Bambu Spool to give it a little look of an Imperial Crest. It maintains most of the strength of the original while adding a view of the filament from the side. I also added single 3mm holes on the hub of each half to secure filament if you're winding from another spool.&nbsp;Notes:<ul><li>If using Bambu refills, the NFC tag will show on one side. I dig this, but some might not.</li><li>I moved the label location in, so the remaining filament measure on the Bambu label doesn't line up.</li></ul>

(trigger moves of course but uses tension and don't spin around the pin holding it.&nbsp;My method of using the hammer was a Jeremy Clarkson move born from a lack of patience :D&nbsp;IMPORTANT: there is a cutout hole in the top of the fireing pin (see picture),Thats designed for you to Cut and put some filiment in it. Just a good Mando helmet!&nbsp;My profile doesn&#39;t have support on the inside of the helmet because I have found it didn&#39;t really help that much with the quality and it used a lot of filament. the very center of the inside will be rough because of this but it hasn&#39;t been an issue for me.&nbsp;For those wondering what I use for a face sheild I use a Hobart 770580 Face Shield Replacement Lens, Shaded from Amazon. I cut it to shape and use a little bit of hot glue along the front and near the temples. That seems to be enough. If you'd like to pack Christmas Tree snack cakes in the gift box, 5 easily fit. Unfortunately, they cannot be stacked. My print time was about 19 hours and I used just over 500g of filament. 290x216x69mm&nbsp;&nbsp;Print SettingsThe model is rotated 45 degrees to allow it to fit the build volume of more printers. This will fit on the Prusa XL and the Bambu Lab X1/P1 series printers. Supports are required for the lid. If the lid is close in size to the max print area, the supports may exceed that print area. To solve this, I switched to tree supports. Be careful downloading prints called “Fast” etc, those might be faster but that's because of a weaker design, they are spammers just taking the original profile, lowering the integral strength to get it to print faster, and as explained below, there needs to be a balance in the force of the spring and the rubber band. Those profiles might not work as well as intended. Its just spammers racing to the bottom, give them enough attention and soon there will only be profiles with 1 wall and 2% infil thats printed in 5 minutes but falls together if you look at it long enough.&nbsp;Double action OTF fidget toy for the fidget toy design competition.&nbsp;All you need is plastic and a rubber band!&nbsp;<img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/234870/2023-11-13_2404c2f7a37e2.gif">&nbsp;If you like the idea but dislike the design bookmark the model and visit it after the competition is over and I will release all the source file so you can easily modify the body or blade/comb!&nbsp;<h2>Assembly instructions:</h2>NOTE: For the double action to work you need to have a balance between your rubber band and the springs holding the blade. You can use the strongest rubber band you can find and it wont really matter, but the switch will be harder to push. So you might want to try around with different rubber bands or different materials for the springs. If the switch is to hard for your liking, your rubber band is to strong.
