Maybe you could remove the fillet in the back. Either replace it with a 45° chamfer or directly with a bridge. The fillet did not print well as you see.

Thanks for the great design! Printed very well and fits great. I printed with Bambu PETG HF and the green with ABS. Snapped perfectly.
Could you add another really small snapfit click on the doors, to have more resistance when opening them?

Just released V6 of the P2S Slide and Bucket (23. November 2026):
5 more mm below the chute to speed up the material
Added diagonal chamfer for an optimized material flow
Removed the cutouts to prevent clogging
Adjustable height of Bucket v3. Default is 5 mm lower (just 60mm high).

Worked out pretty good on P2S. Fits together without problems. Print time overall 6h. 229g Filament.

Printed with 0,2mm layer height. ABS orange and PETG yellow transparent. Printed on P2S. Screws and Pads fit well out of the box. No after works needed.
