I built a modular exhaust system for my 3D printer enclosure to handle ASA/ABS prints. It’s based on 54×110 mm flat ducts (Marley) with 100 mm hose adapters. The window outlet works even in a roof window and is reinforced so it won’t break if the window closes. All parts are easy to print in PETG or ASA.
