This automata uses pinwheels and an isometric wheel to spin the UFO and vertically move the abducting cow. I have split the parts into 3 beds based on their colour. Most use the generic settings except the cow which must have a heavy infill to gain its required weight. So i just got myself the LED lamp kit and was looking for a cool lamp shades to print for it.. then i came across someone making a incubator like cylinder with an alien in the middle using resin.. i thought it was a great idea.. and so i design one for myself.. but of cause i want to make a suspended version of it.. Then i remembered finding a baby raptor model on makerworld.. it was made for resin printing.. so i low-poly the raptor and added the baby raptor blue and turned it into a suspended model.. i had to split the raptor in 2 and added supports to the hanging hands.. legs and tail.. so it might look weird if you look closely..&nbsp;<figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td>:UPDATE: it turns out that the user who shared the raptor model on makerworld is not the owner of the 3D model.. he shared the file without authorization.. The owner reached out to me and told me what the user had done.. the owner of the 3d model is <a target="_blank" href="https://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Artists/wofle" rel="nofollow noopener">wofle</a> from turbosquid.com.. and he gave me permission to share my remixed version of the raptor as long i dont sell it commercially.. so thank you Mr Wolfe for sponsoring your awesome raptor model for my suspended models..</td></tr></tbody></table></figure> i modelled the incubator using Tinkercad and added the LED kit on the bottom.. so the LED light would shine through the bottom grill of the incubator cylinder and light the suspended baby raptor in the middle..<img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/681411/2023-12-15_2b30871ab39c9.gif"> If you have an AMS i recommend printing some of the incubator parts with transparent filament like i did for the bottom base.. so that the LED would shine through it and make it more cool.. in my opinion.. Super easy to print, takes just an hour and about 40g of filament. There's a printed ribbon on one side and a separate ribbon that acts as a lock to keep the box closed.<figure class="image image_resized image-style-side" style="width:47.26%;"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/243916/2023-12-03_4341fb153ca998.jpeg"></figure>&nbsp;If you don't have an AMS, no worries—I've also added a "single color" profile. Print the box in one color and the ribbon in another. You won't get the ribbon on both sides, but it still looks cool with the separate print.&nbsp;The quickest multicolor option gives a slick look in just one hour. It trims some of the ribbon print on the sides for a quicker print, but it's still quite good. Another profile extends the ribbon effect across the entire box, requiring two hours due to color changes. Many would say it provides the most appealing look. The choice is yours!&nbsp;Note: For a more secure placement of the ribbon on the box, I recommend applying a small amount of glue to the ends. Ensure it adheres firmly but use just enough so that the person opening it can easily peel it off!

Description&nbsp;Modular controller adapter for the Legion Go. The rails for the left and right controller are printed separately and connected to the body with M3 screws / nuts (8mm length). You can design your own body and screw the rails onto that, or use one of the bodies included in this project. My intent was to decouple the rails and body to improve high tolerance printing, as well as allowing for more rapid body prototyping. The bonus is that you can create your own body and have multiple bodies for different scenarios.&nbsp;I encourage people to make their own bodies for use with the rails if they are so inclined, and to share them (non-commercial).&nbsp;Your feedback is important to me. Constructive critiques will improve the design.&nbsp;Printing Instructions&nbsp;The rails are high tolerance to give a solid feel when the controllers are attached. I printed on a Bambu X1C. As such there is a 3mf file included that is ready to print.&nbsp;The rails should be printed with the open side up and separately from the body. This method requires the least amount of support (which is necessary for the tabs in the opening). Printing this way ensures very clean top and bottom layers needed for connection, and additionally ensures good round holes for the screws.&nbsp;The body can be printed standing up, or laying flat. Laying flat give the best overall quality for the version with the logo, but will look a bit grainy (you can see this in the pictures). For the version without the logo, upright tends to work better as the top will be much smoother, however this will tend to have a negative impact on the bottom curvature and the cutout part of the logo. That said, tweaking variable layer heights, using a finer nozzle, and various other settings can improve quality significantly.&nbsp;Assembly&nbsp;There are slots on the underside of the body for M3 hex nuts. It may be a snug fit which is necessary for them to remain stationary for fastening. It is easier to assemble one rail at a time. &nbsp;Looking at rails with the longest side pointing left / right, and the opening on topOne side of the opening will have a tiny notch cutout. This is the “top” of the rail.The other side will be flat on its edge, but have two small notches on either side of the cutout. This is the “bottom” of the rail.The top will be attached on the short part of the body, the bottom to the long.The single notch on the top of the rail should always attached closest to the underside of the body. You have the option to print the dog tag either in a single piece or in two separate pieces. With the AMS, MMU3S or Palette, you can customize the tag's different components - the base, letters, and ring - by painting them to your preference.&nbsp;Alternatively, you may choose to print the tag in parts. In this case, you can print the base and make a color change for the letters. Afterward, you can print the ring separately.

The smaller pieces are a bit fiddly due to their size. I recommend assembling with the smallest pieces first, followed by the gate, the tree(s), and, finally, the house.&nbsp;IMPORTANT: print the tolerance test first. Minor differences in filament flow can mean the difference between fitting and not fitting. This test is comprised of three pieces from the model as this is the most accurate way to gauge how well it will fit. <ul><li>Too tight? Change the X-Y hole compensation setting to 0.05 mm and reprint. However, I did wind up with what I think is a fun miniature diorama that older kids and adults might enjoy. If this kit is well received, I may design diorama kits for other holidays.
