I've changed the way the bonds work to provide more consistent tolerances - no need to fight the bonds to get them in now!

Hi Everyone! For those who have saved or downloaded my molecular models, I will be editing them to have looser tolerances soon. The fit is very tight at first so that once you've used it a couple times and the irregularities had smoothed out, it would still be able to remain connected. Since most people probably aren't going to reuse the models and rather keep them as a completed model, I will make them looser for the sake of everyone's hands! Please consider holding off printing until then :)
