This is a case for the Meshtastic RAK Wireless 19007+463x board. The case is minimalist and is made to have the antenna as low as possible on the side of the case. It hosts a lipo 1000/1300 mAh battery. The case body has screw holes for M3 brass inserts to screw the lid on (see pictures). The 19007 board can is fixed with M2 screws (M2 brass inserts).
