I'm an IT engineer veteran of over 20 years. I work for a well-known software and services company, and as a result end up supporting very large customers in complex enterprise environments. That's why when I wanted to get into 3D printing I chose to go the Bambu Lab route as their printers "just work". I do not want to come home from a long day of fixing things only to have to fix more things to get my (hopefully relaxing) hobby to work. I'm new to 3D printing as of 11/2023, but I do a lot of research and hit the ground running. I'm currently a Bambu Lab fan boy but respect other brands.
