Keeping small screws and other bits&pieces tidy and organized is a tedious task, and even though lots of them ship in plastic boxes it's a pain when they have thirteen different sizes and just stack very badly. I see a lot of recommendations (and printable accessories) for <a target="_blank" href="https://amzn.to/3tDQ1bK" rel="nofollow noopener">Stanley Fatmax organizer boxes</a> - they look dope and I dig them, but a single box of these costs roughly 25€ in my location; printed inserts not included. That's a bit of a hefty price if you need a few of them.&nbsp;history. Last year <a target="_blank" href="https://www.printables.com/model/380208-dividers-for-werckmann-storage-boxes" rel="nofollow noopener">I saw a model on Printables</a> which used super cheap (99 Cents!) <a target="_blank" href="https://www.action.com/de-at/p/2547795/werckmann-aufbewahrungsbox/" rel="nofollow noopener">storage boxes/organizers from the ACTION Store Chain</a> across Europe (originally from the Netherlands); these sometimes go under the Werckmann brand name and sometimes are only generic (see image), the inner layout is the same though; just make sure it's the 20 x 16 cm version. Those models were a bit wasteful and too thick (and therefore printed slowly) in my opinion, so I gave the idea a spin and designed them myself. boxes. The outer walls are thin as they are carried by the organizer box itself, the inner dividers are three walls thick (0.4mm nozzle) which is plenty strong for the application. The bottoms are chamfered to get things out easier, but as you can see on the photos the bottom is chamfered as well to save a lot of filament and printing time.There's a total of 36 different boxes and layouts, there's a lot of ways you can divide these :) some of the corner-pieces are also available in different orientations so you can direction-match an upper and a lower corner, see the photos for examples. I also added boxes without dividers, in case you want to look-match other compartments or just want the chamfered bottom. As naming these are hard with all the different divisions, I only wrote the total number of compartments and labelled them ABC, please have a look on the exact differences on the STL files.&nbsp;I also made a shelf specifically for these boxes (see photos), <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/models/134601" rel="nofollow noopener">you can find it here</a>.The specialized inlay for TS-100 tips from CNCKitchen <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/models/136915" rel="nofollow noopener">can be found here</a>. printing advice. The provided printing profile contains the settings I recommend for printing (0.28mm because they really don't need to be any finer), but it's just sample files; it's virtually impossible to provide all combinations you might want, so please fill the slicer with the exact models you need :)Depending on the pieces you want to print, one fully assembled organizer box will need 65g to 108g of Filament, which translates to 1.30€ to 2.16€ at a Filament price of 20€/kg. So for roughly 3€, you have a fully equipped organizer! If you don't care as much about looks, it's also a good way to get rid of nearly empty spools of filament, as you can see in the orange-green example in my photos :)
