there is a small design flaw with that tube holder, it can slip and touch the plate so it throw an error, cutting it a bit smaller and then using a hot metal to melt the tips to block the tube work wonderfully

I tried the hole with teeth, but it seems too aggressive for the toilet paper itself; maybe rounded teeth and half of them would be a better concept, other than that, it is perfect
