I was looking for a way to stack multiple AMS on top of each other. There were several systems here on MakerWorld, but there were a few problems with them that I didn't like. Most importantly is that they weren't actually “stacking” systems. They let you put one AMS on top of another, but they could not stack beyond that. You could not stack a third, or even a fourth AMS in a single column. So I decided to make my own completely modular system that allows you to stack as many AMS you want!&nbsp;This system is sectioned off into 124mm “blocks”. There are two included wall heights, a “1-block” and a “2-block” wall. This allows you to raise your AMS to any height you want, at multiples of 124mm. If you want to simply put one AMS on top of another, you could print out walls in 3-blocks of height (2+1). This will allow enough space for you to slide the bottom AMS out in order to change filaments (like other AMS stacking systems). However, if wanted to be able to open the bottom AMS lid without having to slide it out, you would print out walls in 4-blocks (2+2) of height. Even more customizable, if you have under-AMS drawer systems, and you needed even more height between your AMS, you could print additional blocks of height to raise the top AMS even more!&nbsp;The “arms” that hold up the AMS are completely modular, and can be attached and removed at will. This has the advantage of being able to change arms without having to reprint your entire walls. So if your AMS breaks, and you buy a new one, and it turns out there is yet another new revision of the AMS, you can simply print out new arms that match the revision.&nbsp;<figure class="media"><div data-oembed-url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUU1KRgZpPQ"><div style="position: relative; padding-bottom: 100%; height: 0; padding-bottom: 56.2493%;"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/tUU1KRgZpPQ" style="position: absolute; width: 100%; height: 100%; top: 0; left: 0;" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div></div></figure>&nbsp;I have designed this model to be as easy and simple to print, with as little support material as possible. The included print profile has parts oriented in specific ways to minimize the chance of breakage due to lateral force, so part tension does not split at layer lines. There are several pre-defined plates:<ul><li>Plate 1:<ul><li>2x 2-block wall<ul><li>These models have support enforcers on the arm sockets.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Plate 2:<ul><li>2x 1-block wall<ul><li>These models have support enforcers on the arm sockets.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Plate 3:<ul><li>2x Rear Bracers<ul><li>Optional: if you want to have some extra rigidity to your stack to prevent “wobble”.</li><li>This system uses the AMS as a bracer. However, it is a mini retractable knife that can be printinplace, so it has special requirements for the adhesion of the hot bed. If the viscosity of the plate of your 3D printer deteriorates,be sure to use glue to increase the grip to prevent the printed part from falling off halfway and wasting filament.&nbsp;Notice It is recommended to use PLA+、PETG and Textured PEI Plate for printing. If your filament has insufficient strength, please increase the fill overlap to more than 30%. If the viscosity of the plate of your 3D printer deteriorates, be sure to use glue to increase the grip to prevent the printed part from falling off halfway and wasting filament. The original Articulated Shark is finally on MakerWorld!&nbsp;XY compensations have been tuned because Bambulab printers are way too precise 😂 (and this model was designed back in 2019). Note that the upper teeth rely on the bottom ones to be printed, that&#39;s why a well-calibrated gap is so important. If it fails or it is too hard to open the jaw feel free to adjust the XY compensations yourself. i tried making a new type of suspended model for my Star wars collection.. This is my entry to the dragon contest.. I have made the suspended Loong dragon was made to be printed totally supportless.. the whole project was made using Autodesk Maya.. I also provided multiple version of the suspended model.. <ol><li>Suspended dragon without text plate</li><li>Suspended dragon with empty vertical plate on the side for custom wording</li><li>Suspended dragon with empty horizontal plate on the bottom for custom wording</li></ol>I've also used a new technique to add LED strip channel into the frame so no more printing 2 parts frame and joining them together..but there is a catch to it.. you'll need to have a smooth surface for the led strip so the small leds wont get caught on the channel.. my advise is to use cellophane clear tape throughout the LED strip.. you will need 60cm of the LED strip.. i'm currently using 60led per meter LED strip for this project.. dont use the LED strip that has silicone coating on them as it will be hard to insert into the channel and it can easily get stuck due to its stickiness of the silicone..<figure class="media"><div data-oembed-url="https://youtube.com/shorts/pH3r2NFtJ0k"><div class="ck-media__wrapper" data-oembed-url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pH3r2NFtJ0k"> <div style="position: relative; padding-bottom: 100%; height: 0; padding-bottom: 56.2493%;"> <iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/pH3r2NFtJ0k" style="position: absolute; width: 100%; height: 100%; top: 0; left: 0;" frameborder="0" allow="encrypted-media" allowfullscreen=""></iframe> </div> </div></div></figure>&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/475130/2024-01-30_8f58f5784f895.gif"></figure>This time i'm using addressable LED that you can control using bluetooth and custom made your own LED light animations.. which is so much cooler than just color LEDs.. <h2>POCKET GUN 4.0  </h2>The Pocket Gun 4.0 is a rubber band pistol designed specifically for maximum portability and functionality. With a collapsible handle and compact dimensions, it is ideal for the pocket while still offering some features.  DIMENSIONS (collapsed):  Length: 103.5 mm Width: 65 mm Thickness: 16.6 mm FEATURES:  Collapsible handle: The handle can be collapsed, making the pistol extremely compact and easily storable. This is an outstanding feature that sets it apart from other rubber band pistols, maximizing its suitability for the pocket.  Bit holder: Bits can be inserted into the muzzle of the pistol. While this is more of a playful feature and the holder may not be perfect for frequent use, this idea holds the potential to expand the Pocket Gun 4.0 into a versatile multitool. In emergencies, this function can still be useful.  Measurement unit on the handle: A 3 cm long measurement unit is located on the handle, which can be used as a ruler or for measuring small objects. This handy feature enhances the usefulness of the pistol in everyday life.  Ammunition: The Pocket Gun 4.0 uses rubber bands approximately 3 cm in length.  PERFORMANCE:  Power: Due to its compact size, the Pocket Gun 4.0 is not the most powerful model on the market. However, it offers sufficient power for typical rubber band pistol applications and excels in its unique portability and multifunctionality.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Print profile: I will provide 2 profiles for the model, one with AMS and one without. Primarily in the AMS variant, it concerns support with PLA in conjunction with PETG, which detaches extremely easily and cleanly. The AMS variant is definitely the better choice as certain elements come out of the printer very cleanly. Additionally, it&#39;s a very interesting solution to ensure clean bridging, but unfortunately, AMS is required. If you prefer not to print with PLA and PETG as support, switch to the profile (without AMS).  Montage: Assembly of the Pocket Gun 4.0 is mostly done through snap connections, although some points need to be fixed with super glue. An assembly video has been provided, illustrating the key steps and enabling easy assembly.The magnet that can be inserted is optional.  <figure class="media"><oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrfysUGJKbg"></oembed></figure>  Potential for improvement: While the Pocket Gun 4.0 is a thoughtful and versatile model, it still has some minor issues that could further enhance its performance and durability: Spring wear: The spring in the locking mechanism wears relatively quickly and fails to fully drive the lock into the optimal position. To solve this issue, the spring would need to be printed from ABS, which is currently not possible for me as I lack the enclosed build space. Although the PETG spring does not last long, the locking function still continues to work.  Bit holder: The bit holder is not deep enough, which can affect the secure storage and use of the bits.  Material tests: During test prints with various filaments such as PLA, PLA+, PETG, some important insights were gained. PLA+ proved to be the least suitable, encountering issues such as warping and poorer dimensional accuracy. Even using PLA+ for the springs led to disappointments due to rapid wear. Similarly, the PLA SILK Bronze from Bambu, while aesthetically pleasing, quickly broke some parts. It may be suitable for decorative purposes but not for functional models.  The best results were achieved when the grip and springs were printed from PETG and the rest from PLA. I've intergrated the Bambu Lab LED kit into the batsignal.. so you just have to buy the kit from bambu store and you are done.. Printing this in multicolor so that you can use transparent filament for some of the model to make the model pop out..
