Came together well, and I'm sure there will be a lot of fun to be had! The tolerances were a little loose, though it may be due to pool noodle brands. Used some zip ties to cinch it down so it would hold up. Widening screw inserts, or maybe barbed inserts,  may help overcome the issue I had, if you're looking to make a next version.

Added some zip ties as I'm expecting this to get swung around quite a bit. Maybe a screw design that widens on the inserts, or even a barbed design, for future versions?
