Custom 3D printed sliding drawer block designed for my own drawer setup. It features a 4.5 mm through hole for a 4 mm screw, 20 mm thickness, and 35 mm height. The rounded bottom provides a clean look and avoids sharp edges. Since it’s custom-made, the block must be installed after inserting the drawer. Depending on the internal height at the rear of the drawer, it may still be possible to remove the drawer by slightly flexing it upward.

I designed a parametric knob with a hex slot for an M5 bolt — perfect for DIY projects. You can press-fit the bolt using a rubber mallet, and it locks securely. It includes a cover cap with a small notch to remove it with a pin. You can tweak the parameters in Fusion (TestaVite and DiametroVite) to fit different bolt sizes. Personally, I prefer leaving the bolt visible for a nice contrast with the knob!
