Too Loose? Cardboard expands with humidity and contracts when dried. A cardboard spool that has absorbed too much moisture may cause the adapters to fit very tight. Placing the spool in a filament dryer, such as the SUNLU S2, for a bit should resolve this. Note, you should not dry the spool with the adapters attached as they can warp in the heat. Keep in mind that after a long drying session the adapters may fit too loose. This should resolve itself shortly as the cardboard reabsorbs some moisture from the air.</li><li>AMS Lid Doesn't Close? All of the spool adapters I make are less than the official AMS spool clearance limit of 202mm, as specified on the official AMS product page, and as tested within my own AMS. However, some people have stated their spools are rubbing against the lid with the adapters attached. It's hard to say what's causing this since I cannot reproduce the issue myself, however, I've created an <a target="_blank" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/33133" rel="nofollow noopener">AMS Lid Riser</a> which allows you to keep your AMS lid closed while providing additional clearance for larger filament spools. A simple aluminum foil dispenser I through together. Wall mounted with two strips of 3M tape (only attach the main body section so you can remove the lid to replace the roll).&nbsp;Im only using this for foil, doesnt seem to work so well for wax paper or clingfilm unfortunately!&nbsp;When tearing foil, apply force downwards and not sideways to avoid pulling off the lid. &nbsp;This design is still a bit rough, I may make some improvements going forward so if you have any constructive feedback please let me know! :)

Top your christmas tree with style with this Super Mario Xmas tree topper. The model comes with a slot to slot in a Xmas tree LED to light it up though may not be effective depending on your choice of filament. Please read the following considerations when printing with my profile. &nbsp;The tree topper coil prints like a solid blob with my pre loaded support settings. The coil is actually flexible and supports can be released by gently bending the coil and pulling off the support with pliers. Glue is highly recommended when printing the star. The eyes are pressure fit and do not require glue as long as your printer is well calibrated. Needle nose pliers are the only tool needed for this model. Assemble by threading the coil into the bottom of the star. &nbsp;I dont own an Xmas tree but I tested the coil on an Elf tree. If the coil is too short add a little bit of heat via blow dryer or hot watter while attacked to the star and streach out the coil. If you find this is insufficient feel free to PM me a length of coil you need and I'll see what I can do.

Nearly every 3d printed wallet is a hardcase wassel or card holder; thats okay but I'm not a fan of it and I also need space for cash and the change. So lets break down a simple normal wallet:<ul><li>its foldable</li><li>space for cards</li><li>space for bills</li><li>and a coin pocket</li></ul>&nbsp;Alright lets take these four topics to design the perfect 3D printed wallet. I don't want a hardcase wallet and it should be foldable?<ul><li>Only solution here is, flexible material. so I choose TPU with a shore hardness of 95A</li></ul>&nbsp;Space for Cards and for Bills aren't that challenging. I just need to create small pockets which dont fuse together while printing. Thats how I came up with the design and Print orientation like it is. Closed and standing up. There are 3 Slots for 3-4 Cards each! so up to 12 Cards in total! The most challenging part to design was the coin pocket. I don't wanted to change the orientation of the model so I needed to fit it in like the model was set. I designed it so it can be enlarged by itself after printing. And also the lash ist coming down perfect so the holes for the buttons will just allign perfectly. I use this push buttons for the coinpocket, you can find it on <a target="_blank" href="https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B000P15BLC/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1638&creative=6742&creativeASIN=B000P15BLC&linkCode=as2&tag=machmal3d01-21&linkId=5bd54badec361b091f4c49e5d0c0d93e" rel="nofollow noopener">Amazon</a>. Since then I used it as my regular wallet and it survived without any damage.
