Ok,update,I get the new nossle,whatever,maybe 75 hours,and I start a simple fidget print. First,I hear something dragging,like the front cover,but I thought it was nothing,but when I went to check on it,I see this: The front cover is being dragged around the print bed,THE NOZZLE SNAPPED IN HALF AGAIN,and now there's a giant scratch in the bed. Its simple,don't send me this nozzle if its gonna break immedietly. Then I submit a support ticket,that's basicly saying how mad I am,and that I would like a hardened steel nossle and a 3d effect plate. The next day,I get a reply (which is pretty fast for anycubic support), and it says that the person replying to me is on vacation!?!?!?!?!? I just want to get 2 things,and they are basicly saying that only one person can help me? anyway,really don't buy this printer,I don't know if I got a defect or this doesn't work in the first place,but this is not what it is advertized as. Ok ,I don't have a Bambu Lab and I admit it. I do have an anycubic kobra s1,and this thing,I am exploding them online. The period to return it ended,and the first 5 prints were fine,but after that,I started having issue after issue after issue. Very recently,the nossle LITERALLY SNAPPED IN HALF during a print,by the way,it had maybe 50 hours or less of use. So yeah, Do not buy this product! It may seem cheap,it might seem reliable,it might seem like a Bambu,but it is the complete opposite.(Edited)
