Long term modeller for other people. Took the plunge into doing models (and printing) for myself at the end of 2025 when I bought an A1 Mini - which I immediately upgraded to the A1, and then within a month of that, added a P2S to the family. YT channel @fatold3dprintguy

I got tired of Qwirkle tiles constantly falling over… so I designed a rack that actually fixes the problem. The angled layout makes the colours and shapes much easier to see while playing, and the solid design keeps everything stable on the table. I also added an embossed tile pattern on the back because the plain versions felt a bit boring 😄 If you print one, I’d love to hear whether it improves your game nights

Probably the weirdest thing I’ve modelled so far… A friend asked me to make a PureWick keychain, and honestly… I figured there might be a few nurses on MakerWorld who’d appreciate it too 😅 It’s: * 3 colours * Printed by object * Split across 2 plates for easier printing Very niche. Very unnecessary. Probably hilarious to the right people.

This might be the most satisfying thing I’ve printed in a while… A custard cream… that clicks like a mechanical keyboard. Built around a Kailh Box Jade switch, so you get that loud, crisp, tactile click every time. I made two versions: * Keychain (take it anywhere) * Desk version (just sit and click) If you’re into mechanical keyboards or fidget toys, this is dangerously addictive. Curious which version people prefer — portable or desk? 👀

Great, but I'd have prefered a version that didn't have all the samples separate.

Just uploaded a new Gridfinity utility model. It’s a parametric blank generator for filling unused grid spaces in drawers. I always end up with odd gaps where containers don’t fit, so this lets you cover those areas neatly. They print upside-down, which means you can use texture or effects build plates to give them a nice finish. The sample I printed uses a carbon fibre effects plate. Would love to see how these look in other people’s setups.

Just uploaded something a bit different 👀 I kept seeing the viral Colour Stack Challenge game everywhere and decided to design my own version from scratch in Fusion instead of buying it. It prints in around 300g of filament and includes 50 difficulty-graded challenge cards I generated to make it a proper progression game. Would love to see your colour combos — and who can beat the hardest card!

Just uploaded a new functional print 👌 This is a magnetic cable chain for a square-leg adjustable desk, redesigned from scratch in Fusion to improve articulation and tolerances. It uses 2 magnets per link for a stronger hold and allows up to 180° movement when assembled in alternating orientations. It’s print-in-place with a pause for magnet insertion. If you’ve got a standing desk and messy cables, this might help tidy things up. Would love any feedback — and especially to see your setups!
