Shrunk it down to about 100% (starts at 120). added white tips to the ears (by layer, to reduce filament waste). Came out adorable. I would advise against going any smaller, as the tail links were starting to look fragile at that size.

printed at (left to right) 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% infill. I feel like the 25% is too dense and hefty and feels like a lot of filament waste (maybe make a little more hollow inside?) but when reduced to the lesser infill it allows for more color to come through. my favorite is the 15% infill. allows the color to glow with no full light coming through.
New photos. I printed with Terracotta matte and I think that's a really nice muted orange color. I found the dark green color looks great for a stem color for these. I also printed a chubby pumpkin with 125% size increase on x axis, and a tall pumpkin with 135% increase z axis. they both turned out really cute and the wide one still fits a tealight.
third edit: while I like the terracotta look, the pumpkin orange color glows much better during the day. terracotta and dark green require it to be darker to see the glow.
