Bio
I’m a career engineer who got into 3D printing a little over a year ago and immediately went from “total newbie” to “how did I end up with this many printers?” I design mostly functional parts—mounts, brackets, covers, and enclosures—modeled in Fusion and tested on Bambu Lab machines with real-world use in mind. I focus on practical, reliable designs with sane tolerances and clear print notes, so you can spend more time using the parts and less time fighting them.

Designed this deep double-Decora back box for a massive 200W stereo 70V volume control that wouldn’t fit standard wall boxes. 105mm internal depth, recessed cover, hidden mounting, rear mounting holes, and reinforced top conduit cutout. Printed in Bambu PETG with STL/STEP/3MF included. Sharing in case it helps other AV installers or makers dealing with oversized Decora devices.

Accidental project turned keeper. Designed this compact storage jar for Milwaukee tile bits after realizing how easy it is to lose $28 worth of drill bits. Fast 1.5-turn lid, labeled pockets, PETG, diamond grip, and just enough weight to feel solid on the bench. Fits Milwaukee 48-20-8998 (1/8–5/16). Sometimes the best designs start as weekend favors.

Shared a simple but super handy mount: a WITTBOY / Ecowitt GW2001 → 1" EMT conduit adapter. Slides over standard 1" EMT, routes the heater cable down the center, and locks into the factory compression nut. Prints support-free in ASA and takes under 3 hours on a Bambu with a 0.4 HF nozzle.

Check out this Wago Connector Box. I was tired of having multiple connectors floating about behind my printer for the Bento Box, LED Lightings, etc. It's simple but easy to print and works great.
