This is a remix of a life counter i found at thingiverse. The tolerances didn't work for me, so i remodeled the whole thing in openSCAD.&nbsp;If you want to do your own version and want to use the same font, you have to download it (cannot upload here) at<a target="_blank" href="https://www.1001freefonts.com/de/morris-roman-black.font" rel="nofollow noopener">Morris Roman Black Schriftart - 1001 Free Fonts</a>&nbsp;place in a “Fonts” subfolder as indicated in the .scad file and play with the parameters.

This is a low profile battery holder for both AA and AAA batteries.Prints without supports, PLA will bridge the gap easily.Recommend using a brim as long thin prints can peel at their edges.&nbsp;Large version is 31cm tall and needs to be orientated diagonally on the build plate as in the print profile.There&#39;s a 25cm medium version, as well as an A1 mini compatible 22.5cm small version, but even that still fits a lot of batteries (15 AA, 18 AAA).Attach to wall with double sided tape.&nbsp;If you like this model please send me a BOOST! I&#39;m just starting out in this hobby and appreciate the encouragement :)

Meet Dum-E, the handy desk helper industrial robot. I designed it with purpose in mind as it can function as a phone stand, webcam mount (logitech c920) and a business card holder. It doesn&#39;t end there though, as I aim to develop this platform with further attachments in future. These may be recommended from others and/ or what I think might be useful. I hope you find it useful and please feel free to comment any recommendations for attachments you would like to see in future. I look forward to seeing your different uses/ prints and colour schemes. Thank you for your continued support :)&nbsp;To keep files from getting complicated, I have only included the phone stand attachment in this upload. I have placed optional attachments in a sperate upload available on my profile titled “Dum-E optional attachments”. Doing this will vastly improve the holding capacity of the arm as it will provide more friction between the joints, helping to prevent them from sagging under weight.The 74mm circle goes between the elbow joint and arm 2.The 55mm circle goes between the arm 1 and 2 joint.The 30mm circle goes between the arm 1 and wrist attachment connector.I have added 3 pictures as a guide at the end of the gallery.
