I did three of these for my nephews. Model looks great! Thanks. The only tolerance fit I struggled with was the the upper tail to the bottom of the torso. Had to do some sanding and filing. My only regret was not drying my purple silk filament I used for the tail. All three tails broke as they opened them for Christmas. Filament issue...not your model. If I were to do it again, I would dry dry dry the silk and maybe increase the infill on the tail.

I did two of these. I had to do a significant about of filing and sanding to get some of the parts to fit together. In the end they looked nice. Thanks! I think I would just do the AMS version a second time.

Printed and worked perfectly. The maze was tricky. I had to open for my dad so he could get to the goodie hidden inside.

i printed several of these as gifts for relatives. I used a red/green pla which looked great with the spiral nature of your design. Great work thanks!

Printed nicely and quickly (under an hour). I should have waited until the parts cooled completely before removing. I deformed the still warm "fingers" on one of the halves which made it very tricky to line up with the other half. I also think this would be even nicer if scaled up a bit more. Thanks.

printed very well on the main decorative area. It got a bit wavy looking on the last inch which prints sticking up, but doesn't show under books. If I were to print again, I would try rotating 90deg to reduce any bed slinging effect from my A1. My wife loves the bookend and started using it immediately. Thanks!
