Thanks @@BigPeanut for the model. I did some minor manipulation on the model to in gain a few milimeters of volume and define localized infill areas to reduce the material and print time as much as I can, and keep the print stable. The main chamber infil is about 5% density, only between the external walls and the cylindrical holes, to keep the walls in shape. I did test to print without those, it works, but the walls became wobly to touch.

Hi all. I am facing an issue: printing a face, haha. I am using P1S, with Sunlu PETG white, to print a head, which I cut into 4 parts. The top 1/4 of the prints are getting rough, like blistering. The total height is about 61mm, and the issue starts around 45 mm. I had it all calibrated according to the P1S standards, and the filament prints fairly well on less organic features. Despite being PETG, I am sure it is not due to moisture. The environment is kept at 30%, the AMS is under 20%, and the storage containers I use for all my filaments are at 10%. At first, I thought it could be due to overheating, so I kept the door open for the second plate, but I had similar results. The affected area is also where the print profile is transitioning from a vertical to a horizontal wall. Could it be an overflow issue? How do we check and fix this kind of issue? #Problem #Printing Issue #Sunlu filament

#Help Center Hi all. Hi all. #calibration I see some filament being left in the place, which sometimes ends up messing up the print. Is there a way to tune up the configurations and avoid it? P1S, using Bambu PLA Mate, in this case.
