Printed the 175mm in PETG HF, love it, solid as hell, added a bit of super glue to the retention pin and the screw for the knob as it wants to back out, I'll be printing the smaller ones next Edit: only issue is it seems like it wants to back off when clamped. The main screw seems to work too well and never binds when the clamp is under pressure. No idea how to fix that but it seems to be an issue, perhaps the PETG-HF is too smooth vs the CF in the profile? Used Elegoo PETG rapid for the body and screws, used Bambu PETG-HF for the jaws and nob.

came out great, used petg as a support interface. supports are a nightmare to remove but did it with minimal brakeage.

came out great, even with using manual filament changes.

love em. put one in every room of the house, as I bought a 50 pack of DeWalt blades.

works great, way easier to keep the puck in place and establish a vacuum.

printed great. nice and heavy duty print, feels like it's injection molded.

resized it to work in some in spool silica holders, works great in PLA, don't try it in PETG (was being lazy as it was already in the printer) it shrinks and looks like a spider web lol.

Had issues with the hydrometer hole plug popping out while drying. Modified it by adding 4x 2.5mm spheres to the back edge and that seems to have solved it. I'd upload the profile but I honestly don't know how. Probably just as easy for you to do something similar to your original model anyway. Printed out 3 of the boxes so far and love em, I'm getting rid of all my cereal boxes except for one or two to print out of.

printed 3 in elegoo petg rapid to try out, worked great. however, what are all the extra screws for? The ones without text seem to work but the ones with don't seem to want to start in the holes that hold the lid.

What a magnificent model. Printed the P1 profile while I waited for my H2D to arrive so I'd have it on hand and in place. Got it all done the day before the printer showed up. Works great, poop is captured and accessible from the front. Tools, build plates, vision plate, and parts have a dedicated home, just perfect.

Exactly as described, unfortunately just a bit small for me. Now that I have an H2D I may try a larger version in there.

Printed out a couple for my E1, works great. Now I just need to figure out how to mod it for the Holy Grail boxes.

Did the trick on a spool that lots its sides, put the loose coils on a broom handle and wound it onto a new spool. used the 1/4" version and it poped right onto the bit I already had sitting in my drill.

Where have these been my whole life? Printed a bunch from PETG so they stand up to being used in the dryer. Love em, they hold filament well and work just fine with the AMS, even when the filament runs out.

had to shrink the plates by 1% to match the drawers, not a big deal though.

Printing these like crazy out of cheap PETG now that I have an AMS, 200mm seems to be right on the money for most of my Elegoo rolls, I had one older roll that used 199mm
