Strength issue:
Sorry -- seems like a great idea, but the tip broke the first time I tried to push the hub back down. (See pic.) As far as I could tell, I was following the video guide exactly. Might help to make the end piece larger/thicker? Not sure if this happens to anyone else.

Edit: Reprinted in ABS with Gyroid 50% infill, and it seems to be rather more resilient. Bumping up the rating.

Works great! Printed mine in ABS due to paranoia about strength + expensive AMS. :-)

One tip for others -- with the basic print, the bottom lid didn't have enough clearance to stay lifted on its own, but it was close. This shorter handle solved my annoyance, now I can lift the lower lid fully:
