Took me a while to find a good gear shape, but I have made a planetary gear ring using planet gears with only 2 teeth - they look like small ... bones maybe? - all turning exactly the same way...

Finally a fidget gear ring small enough to be actually wearable! It needs a 0.2mm nozzle and is not an easy print though.
