does anybody have another contact to the support, than in the app. I have massive problems with my 3 month old p1s, z-axis spindles (loose, bent) Belt tensioner roll totally woren out, belt worn out, and at last, and biggest problem, hardly locked screws from heatbed parts attached to the spinddle, wich need do be cut open because they are so tightened that the hex ripped and no tool works anymore. the so called support keeps sending tips like "use a plier do open yhe screws" wich is shite. the forced me to take the printer appart, and repair it at my own risk, but now that there are more and more problems with the thing, they start spinning in circles by sending the same useless informations. can anybody help to es escalate that to the right adress? thank you.
