Daniel has over twenty years of experience in the management of research development and advanced engineering projects. He was a Manager at Sandia National Laboratories. He was responsible for developing infrastructure analysis tools, which includes human behavior for a comprehensive view of the consequences associated with infrastructure disruption and failure.
