I figured this out! The gear inside was too tight and wasnt letting filament through
Hi everyone! I am getting an error to pull the filament out of the external spool on my p1s combo. the filament is stopping and not being pushed through the internal ams module by the gears, I have tried replacing the entire hub, but nothing I try is working.. any suggestions? I want to fix it so I can start uploading again.

Update! Im going to have to buy a new internal hub :(
Can someone please help me with this weird issue on my p1s? It's making a weird noise and wont load filament, and its giving the error pictured as well as one that says to take the filament off the external spool. I have checked the entire path from the entry point on the ams all the way to the nozzle and its clear. Factory reset didn't help. It's a p1s with ams 1

I keep getting this message on my p1s even tho there's nothing on spool holder, im using an ams. I've even replaced the ptfe tube for the external spool. How do I fix this?
