After buying way too many replacement Chug lids for my Yeti Rambler water bottles, since the threads always get stripped, I decided I would try to model the top of the lid myself. After some trial and error I got it to work . . . but it wasn't waterproof. I added a TPU washer and so far it's been working amazing.
