My particular spool of 3kg from Tangled (I think, its the only place I buy bulk at the moment) was too big for just a single base (it would run on the table, so if I tried to respool to 1KG spools, it would roll off the table), so I printed a second base, bonded them together (the bottoms bonded together so flipped one upside down) and now its good to go. With those metal bearings, everything runs smoothly. Easy, peasy in PETG.

Rock solid way to display my addiction to 3D printing... well, I could do better with aligning the brackets vertically but I was in a hurry to get 75+ rolls of filament off my tables and floor.

Works without fear of damaging plate with metal scraper, but filament matters so sometimes nothing but getting physical works and that means picking at it like a frustrated woodpecker.

Great little container. For me, my only frustration is it falls apart when collapsed. Kinda gotta know that going in. Anyone have a solution for that?

Fun print for me to tell people it’s the size of my daily vitamin. I’ve also told people to bend over because it’s not taken orally. Shrug. Anyway, pretty cool but I’ve nod problems with threading it. Quality is great, size is great. Might me something I’m doing wrong? Any suggestions?
