<p>Knives, forks and spoons are stacked on top of each other to save space. Each section has cutlery icons for easy identification. Minimum drawer depth of 9cm required. Designed to provide the maximum storage space with the mini filament.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Supports are recommended if your printer isn't able to handle 30° bridging. A smaller layer higher will give a smoother base to each section.</p><p>Available in a one part model for large print beds, and a two part model with a push fit connection for smaller print beds. The fit is quite snug so will require a bit of force to slide the pieces together.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The model is inspired by JosephJoseph's cutlery organizer (https://us.josephjoseph.com/products/drawerstore-compact-cutlery-organiser-grey). They have a lot of great products, do check out their stuff if you like this design.</p>

<p>This container uses a quadruple slider-crank mechanism to lock its lid in place.  There are many sizes available.</p><p>Widths/Lengths available:</p><ul><li>100mm x 100mm</li><li>150mm x 150mm</li></ul><p>Heights available:</p><ul><li>30mm</li><li>50mm</li><li>100mm</li><li>150mm</li></ul><p>3 knob designs are also available.</p><p>I have also included the F3D file for further customization. There are 2 parameters that can be adjusted to change the height and width (length and width are equal) of the container.</p><p>Example of files needed (100mm x 100mm x 50mm container):</p><ul><li>Lid 100</li><li>Container 100-50</li><li>Outer Linkage 100 (Print 4)</li><li>Mid Linkage (Print 4)</li><li>Inner Linkage</li><li>Knob</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Print Settings</strong></p><p>Print all pieces in the orientation that they come. <i>Be sure to print 4 mid and outer linkage pieces. </i>Although PLA will work,<i> </i>PETG may work better for the mid linkages.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Lid Assembly Instructions</strong></p><p>With the lid upside down, insert the inner and outer linkages. <strong>The orientation of the outer linkages matter.</strong> One face is flat, while the opposite has a slight taper. The flat side should be against the lid. The tapered side should face the container.</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/user/1360890085/draft/2023-08-14_f0m8sis0xog4.png"></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p>With the inner linkage in a horizontal orientation and the outer linkages sticking out about 5mm past the outer edge of the lid, the mid linkages should snap into each piece. Some force is required. Place the knob onto the inner linkage and ensure that the linkage moves smoothly. <p>A portable cable organizer which is setup as an <strong>easy print-in-place</strong> and includes a knob on the side for conveniently winding up the cable when you're ready to pack it away.</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://makerworld.bblmw.com/makerworld/draft/76375/2023-09-13_fd01d80e216de.gif"></figure><p>This model is an easy print that requires no supports, and <strong>three different sizes are provided </strong>to accommodate cables of different lengths.  If you're not sure which to choose, I'd recommend starting with the “medium” size.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>After printing, you'll want to place the cable within the groove at its halfway point, close the lid (which is intentionally designed to close tightly), <strong>wind up the cord clockwise</strong> using the handle, and then extend by simply <strong>grabbing the cable by both ends</strong>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Update 2023-09-13:</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Alternative <strong>smooth-sided versions</strong> of all three sizes have now been added, and also the handle design was slightly adjusted to add a small fillet and chamfer to decrease the bridge distance. Now I&#39;ve seen some similar AMS risers before, but none of them really wowed me.. i think..</p><p>That&#39;s why I decided to come up with this sleek BLV AMS Riser design, easy to use, easy to put together, and reliable. I even added two handy drawers for your tools and stuff, a special shelf that can hold up to 4pcs Build Plates, built-in Dual LED strips. Sure, it took me a while, but I got it (almost..) done.</p><p>As some of you may know, I love contributing to this wonderful community, which is why I chose to share with you my project without any fee or money. Among other things, I&#39;ve also given you access to the original CAD files (F3D,STEP) so that you can easily make changes, add, and improve as you see fit.
